Jennifer Kingen Kush, DES
Founder | Strategist | Collaborator
A pioneer in virtual events, Jennifer helps global organizations design impactful digital events that drive strategic and financial results since 2010. She’s a trusted partner to all her clients — one even described her as the “quarterback”* who supported the team to score a touchdown and exceeded their goals.
Her expertise includes strategy, experience design, content development, technology, and measurement.
Before founding Kingen Kush Solutions, Jennifer led the PCMA’s Digital Experience Institute [DEI] as their executive director and PCMA Vice President. For a long time, DEI was the only institution in the business events industry dedicated to education, research, and resources on hybrid and digital events. In 2016, Jennifer revamped DEI’s Digital Event Strategist (DES) certification and turned it into a prominent resource that teaches people how to lead the design, delivery, monetization, and measurement of highly interactive online gatherings.
She also led the consulting arm of DEI and produced PCMA’s digital and hybrid events since 2010. Jennifer and her team oversaw the hybrid strategy and production of the Convening Leaders, She spearheaded the PCMA ROI report demonstrating the power of digital events which brought in over $1 million USD to the organization between 2010 and 2016 through the expanded audience, increase membership, product sales, and paid event registration.
Prior to leading DEI, Jennifer had served various roles including the director of experience marketing, the director of member relations at PCMA. She had developed award-winning strategic services at ChooseChicago (previously known as Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau).

Peter Wigren

At PCMA, Peter and Jennifer collaborated on live stream technologies and the live stream vendor RFP process. At Kingen Kush Solutions, Peter serves as a senior advisor on technology plans, processes, integrations, testing, and security. A powerhouse team consistently exceeds client expectations.
Peter tackles dreadful, complex technology integrations with an analytical thought process. He seamlessly traverses between heavy IT speak and client-facing communications with ease. A computer scientist by training combines his technical knowledge with a data-driven marketing mindset to help execute strategically on what a customer wants to see and experience. He can quickly determine how to solve a complex challenge best while keeping an eye on how it will impact the organization holistically in the future.
Peter brings 25 years of expertise in a broad range of topics: strategy, digital advertising, event technology including digital events, data privacy and GDPR, media publishing, business development, CRM (Salesforce), data analysis, software design & programming.
Outside of the digital space, Peter owns City Garden Centers with his wife LaManda, an innovative company committed to fostering communities through the love of gardening.

Keri has 25+ years in the meeting + events industry. Her wide-ranging experience includes event planning for live and digital events, onsite logistics, project management, leading teams, industry relations, speaker/personal/professional coaching, wellness, educational and social media content creation.
Keri is a beach-loving city girl. Born + raised in the city by the lake, Chicago. She has a deep love of wellness, travel, and photography.
